This Privacy Policy describes how ShelfSEO ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information from visitors to shelfseo.pro and users of the ShelfSEO platform.

Information we collect

We collect: email addresses you provide via the waitlist or signup forms; product data you upload or connect via Walmart Marketplace API; usage data such as pages visited and feature interactions; technical data such as IP address (HMAC-hashed with a server-side salt before storage), user agent, and country.

How we use it

We use the information to operate the platform, communicate with you about the product, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.

Data retention

Account data is retained for the life of your account. After cancellation, data is kept in read-only mode for 90 days then permanently deleted unless you request earlier deletion.

Data security

We follow industry best practices: TLS in transit, encryption at rest via Supabase, HMAC-hashed IPs (raw IPs never stored), Row Level Security on all tenant tables, no service-role keys in runtime, CSP and HSTS on every response.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@shelfseo.pro.
