These Terms govern your use of ShelfSEO. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer the platform; share access credentials; use the platform for unlawful purposes; attempt to abuse rate limits or bypass usage caps; or scrape ShelfSEO data without express written permission.

Pricing and billing

Pricing is published at shelfseo.pro/pricing and may be updated with 30 days notice. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. We bill via Stripe. Annual prepay is non-refundable except where required by law.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced in advance.

ShelfSEO is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Walmart Inc. Walmart, Walmart Marketplace, Walmart Connect, and related marks are property of Walmart Inc.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account anytime via the customer portal.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShelfSEO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
