Order Defect Rate (ODR)
Percentage of orders that resulted in a negative outcome: refund, cancellation by seller, return, A-to-z claim equivalent.
Target: under 2%. Above 2% drops Seller Score; above 5% triggers an account-health review.
Most common spike causes: late shipment, wrong item shipped, item-not-as-described complaints.
